Abstract
This report provides an update on a project to quantify and value the health and well-being benefits of the NHS Scotland outdoor greenspace estate. Key findings include a wide range of uses and users, with walking being predominant. The study also highlights the influence of facilities and initiatives on greenspace use and the potential for greater engagement with the outdoor estate. The project aims to develop a tool or set of tools to measure and value these benefits, informing NHS Scotland's role as an anchor organization in promoting health and reducing inequalities.
