Exhibition and Sponsorship

Our Annual Meeting is the largest in Europe and brings together ecologists from all over the world – from a wide variety of backgrounds and levels within academia and professional bodies.  Our last meeting attracted over 1,000 delegates representing all ecological fields and, with a programme covering a wide range of scientific topics, it really is an excellent way to connect with a diverse audience through advertising, social media (We also have over 8,000 twitter followers and over 3,000 Facebook followers), sponsorship and exhibition.

Our exhibition areas are our ‘hub’, where our free networking events events are held in the area, as well as lunches, refreshments – it is the place the delegates will always come back to! Our exhibition space can be furnished or unfurnished, and start at 6m squared. We also have smaller areas, details can be found in our Exhibition and Sponsorship Brochure.

There are many other ways you can be part of our meeting – through advertising in our programme, sponsoring delegate bags and notebooks, or lunches, coffee breaks or social event drinks – details of which can be found in our Exhibition and Sponsorship Brochure.
