Classroom wallcharts
Our wallcharts are aimed at teachers and students, or those with an interest in science, ecology and the environment. Each poster is printed A1 and introduces a range of topics. All wallcharts are available free of charge and most are supported by additional online teaching resources.
Urban Ecology – Out of stock
The BES has been working with a team of scientists and educators to produce a new wallchart for schools. The wallchart is on urban ecology, which is the science of understanding the relationship between organisms, humans and the environment in urban settings.
Climate Change – Out of stock
To help us predict the impacts of current and future changes, it is important to understand how climate change affected ecosystems in the past.
Freshwater Ecology
Freshwater ecosystems are important for both people and wildlife. But why are they so important and what do we use them for? There are also some lesson ideas to go with this wallchart.
Planet Ocean – Out of Stock
The ocean covers over two thirds of our planet surface. What creatures lie beneath and where do they live?
Hedges
Hedges are important habitats for lots of species and are a great example to use when teaching key concepts in ecology. There are also some lesson ideas to go with this wallchart.
Obtaining a copy of the wallcharts
These wallcharts are free of charge and are now available to order from the BES main office. Please note due to high demand, no more than a couple of each design can be posted to you.
