Capturing Ecology: Photographic Exhibition

Join us at our first ever public exhibition showcasing the winners of the BES photographic competition: Capturing Ecology

Each year, the BES photographic competition ‘Capturing Ecology’ attracts hundreds of incredible images from members around the world. Now, for the very first time, our 16 winning images will be on display for the public at a FREE, week-long exhibition at the Old Truman Brewery in London, from 21-27 January 2019.

The winning images are chosen from six categories by our panel of expert judges:

  1. Up Close and Personal
  2. Dynamic Ecosystems
  3. Individuals and Populations
  4. People and Nature (In affiliation with Wiley)
  5. Ecology in Action
  6. The Art of Ecology

Winners range from up close perspectives that display the intricacy of ecology, to images that demonstrate the relationships within ecosystems, and individuals within their environment.
