Abstract Submission

Abstract submission is now closed.

We have had a fantastic response to the call for abstracts and look forward to welcoming you to a great meeting in Liverpool.

You will find out whether your abstract has been submitted at the beginning of October. You will then be required to register for the meeting by 23:59 (BST), Friday 21 October to secure your presentation in the programme.

Abstract submissions should be no longer than 300 words and be submitted online. You can submit either a poster or oral presentation. We have a two-tier classification, with topics and subtopics (see full details of our sessions below) and will try to allocate your presentation to your first choice, but this is not always possible.

Due to a high volume of abstracts, presenters are limited to one abstract submission per person.

If you wish to be considered for our Anne Keymer Student Talk or Poster Prize, please check the tick box on stage 2 of abstract submission.

To guarantee your place in the programme, every abstract submitter must register for the full meeting by 23:59 (BST), Friday 21 October. Your abstract will be withdrawn if you do not register by this date.

Please register for the meeting with the same email used to submit your abstract.

Thematic Topic sessions will only include presentations from invited speakers. If you are an invited speaker, you will receive a separate email with a unique link to upload your abstract. Please do not use the public link.

We have a two-tier classification for session at our Annual Meeting. The first, TOPICS, classifies your work generally into major ecological themes.

The second, SUBTOPICS, qualifies your work using a set of key words that allow us to collect similarly focused talks within topics.
