Ecologists and climate scientists will come together at the Climate Science for Ecological Forecasting symposium to form new collaborations to better inform the future of our planet. This joint symposium, organised by the British Ecological Society and the Royal Meteorological Society, will identify the needs and opportunities for greater interaction between these two fields.   

With an expected 200 delegates, this is a great opportunity to showcase your organisation and network at a cross discipline, international conference. We have several packages available for sponsors and exhibitors. 

The conference will take place in May 2022 at the Coin Street Conference Centre on the South Bank a 5-minute walk from London Waterloo Station. 

Opportunities 

Keynote plenary sponsorship, £400 

• Sponsor one of the conference keynote lectures

Exhibition and Delegate Package £490

• All exhibitors will be located within the conference hub, where all catering, receptions, and poster events take place. 
• We will provide two complimentary registrations, which includes lunch, refreshments, and drinks receptions.

Advert in the printed programme, £390 

• A full colour A4 advert in the printed programme, accessible in-print to all delegates, and accessible publicly as a PDF on the conference website. 

Advert programme and The Niche package, £800 

• In addition to the above advert in the printed programme, this package confirm a spot in our full colour quarterly membership magazine The Niche.
• With a readership of over 7000 ecologists across 129 countries, this package provides you with a discounted cost to promote your organisation in this popular publication.
